    On the first night in my new apartment tired, been moving all day at 10.10 I locked myself out ....my dogs were inside stressed and barking cause they could hear me outside...I called Joe and he told me he was 45 mins away. I looked for another locksmith who said he was 30 mins away, he was not. Joe kept in contact with me the whole time and was driving driving towards my location although I had advised I was using someone else...thank goodness he did.....I cancelled the other guy and Joe helped me immediately, was understanding as I was so frazzled and worried about my dogs. Joe was like a night on a white horse....cannot describe the relief when he showed up exactly as he said he would....cannot recommend Joe enough to everyone .
